I watch the olympics with a lot of people. I know this is more common than you think, especially for those who are passionate about sports or just enjoy watching and are into sports. What I’m talking about is watching how people play or how an event is constructed, but the majority of them are watching the same thing.
So when I went to watch the olympics, I actually went to the events with the same mindset I went to watch a movie or music video. I was looking for the excitement about it, if it could be done, and the spectacle of it. I wanted to be able to see the athletes, their skill, and the drama of it.
I’ve gotten into badminton a lot lately and have been enjoying myself immensely. It’s easy to watch, very easy to follow, and a lot of the players seem to get better and better. I’ve been watching the Olympics for a few years and this is the first time I’ve actually seen a single athlete (and a lot of them were pretty good) and see them improve and grow.
It is the second time this year a single athlete has won the men’s singles tournament and its not the first time that there has been another single male to win the men’s singles tournament.
